Satya Wadi N.G.O is the quest for an answer to many unanswered questions that stormed the mind of its founder Mr. S.M Khan. The questions were posed before every one connected to the system of governance .

Why corruption is on the rise with every amendment to the constitution and framing of new rules and regulations? Why a Prime Minister of India sounds so helpless while accepting that only 15% of the resources are reaching to the beneficiaries they are allocated and disbursed for? Why the society is getting divided so deeply even when they know it well that we have to live together and die together? Why the people are no longer in a position to evaluate their leaders and representatives on the basis of what they do or their capability to do instead of their hollow claims on the stage? Why established traders and industrialists are deserting the state? Why the same set of law applies differently to different group of people in the same country and so on…

OBJECT OF TRUST

a)To establish control,direct ,take over,conduct,supervise,develop and manage and/or assist or join in the establishment,control,direction,taking over,conduct supervision,development and management of schools,colleges,institution and bodies for giving or imparting all kind of education and training including without prejudice to the generality and in particular primary,secondary and higher academicals scientific,commercial,industrial,agriculturalin all its branches ,technological,vocational,theological,professional including medical,legal journalistic,political,historical,religious,psychological,.sociological,physical,military education and training as well as education and training in arts(including fine arts) and crafts and conducting post graduate diploma courses in journalism,marketing,management and business administration to deserving and needy students of all communities without discrimination on the ground of caste,class,color,creed,religion or sex.

b)To promote and/or establish and/or conduct higher secondary and university education in different faculties.

c)To recognize ,sponser,promote,establish,conduct or undertake scientific research in any way or by means whatsoever and in any area or field.

d)To encourage the education and research in various Indian culturr towards the secular nationhood of Indian people.

e)To teach and encourage the different languages such as English,hindi,marathi,urdu,Sanskrit,gujrati,Arabic,Persian etc.

f)To encourage and propagate education in educationally and /or economically backward communities.

g)To help and promote education of poor boys and girls in schools,colleges and other institutions in all possible way by means of scholarship and prizes or payment of fees or providing book or defraying other expenses of any nature whatoever.

h)For the advancement and propagation of education and learning in different faculties including the establishment,maintenance and support of colleges,universities,technical institutions,schools,work classes,laboratories,museums,vidyapiths,libraries,balmandirs,pathshalas,study centers or other educational institutions ,professorships,lectureships,scholarships,prizes for research work in connection with medical scientific or induatrial problem,giving traveling fellowships in any branch of science or art or learning assisting students to study abroad either by payment of a lump sum or by payment of periodical sums.

i)To publish and/or to aid in publishing books,magazines,reports ,periodicals,annuals to impart education,promote literature and culture etc.

j)Establish and maintain and/or support to hostels and/or boarding houses and grant free boarding and lodging to the poor and deserving students upon such terms and for such period as the trustee may deem fit.

k)To establish a cultural wing for art and music and towards this end built a research and reference library.

l)To establish and maintain laboratories workshops and school and colleges and encourage experiments therein.

m)Grant of subscription and donation to hospital ,dispensaries,convalescent home,asylums,nursing home,and other public institution administrating medical relief upon such terms & condition and for such period as the trustee may think fit.

n)establishment,acquisition and maintain ,and support to hospital,dispensaries,maternity homes sanitariums,research centers laboratories,museums ,study center,medicak colleges and school or institution imparting medical knowledge or affording medical relief.

o)Grant of medical help to the poor and grant of medical help to deserving persons during epidemic,famine,flood,earthquake,or any unforeseen calamity or war or warlike operations,riots,civil commotions and similar occurrences.

p)to undertake the program for rehabilitation of mentally retired persons,female members and other affected by nature calamite such as flood ,famine ,earthquake etc.and to provide uch type of training to establish them of their own.

q)To render medical relief and aid to any person or persons of public in general and distribute medicine,appliances,and other requisitions for that purposes.

r) To set up homes for the aged and orphans coming from various classes of society without any discrimination.

s)To establish,found,construct,open,promote,takeover,equip,conduct,maintain,support,subsidies grant aid and make dinations to hospital,dispensaries,colleges,ashramshalas,schools,pathshalas,boarding houses libraries,reading rooms and art and misic libraries and societies.

t)first aid in medical and surgical emergencies.

Satya Wadi N.G.O in an attempt to change the common perception of dying democracy dedicated itself to set positive examples and expect for positive thinking to emerge among the masses. It is an attempt to restore the confidence of the masses on the legitimate alternatives through awareness and concern for a citizen's rights and duties. Positive, sincere, transparent and integrated approach towards implementation process of various plans and programmes, schemes and strict adherence to the letter and spirit of law at the facilitators level are only factors that can make any difference to the prevailing condition.Satya Wadi N.G.O strives to make the citizens aware of their power to ask questions from the policy makers as well as implementing machinery about all that runs on public money. It also seeks to remind them of their duty as an alert citizen of an Independent country.
